“We should be kind to all men because it is morally right to do so as humans. Also, it is required that we do acts of kindness in all situations, whether great or small. However, our kindness must “exceed the righteousness of the Scribes and Pharisees.” This implies that we must take time to be kind.
This month, we are running a series of studies on the teaching of Jesus Christ on "LIGHT." We have adopted “SHINE ON” as our theme.
Thus, for several Sunday beginning next week, by His grace, we will see how kindness can radiate light in the dark corners of the world around us.
If you have no church home, and you reside in New York City, the Bronx, particularly, even if you have a church home, you may wish to visit and join us as we consider this illuminating truth. Our Sunday worship service starts at 12:30 p.m. promptly.

In Luke 10:25-37, Jesus told a story in which he recounted how a traveler, who had been beaten, robbed and left half dead, was assisted by a stranger. In the story He showed us the different aspect of kindness: sacrifice, commitment, availability, selflessness, humility.
