You are invited to a special community event on Saturday, August 3, 2019 - Our Annual Community Health Fair. We will work with community allies and partners and provide free screenings and guidance to community members on high blood pressure, diabetes, nutrition, and other health issues.There will be games and events for children, families and adults. Greater than twenty-four pallets of free food and other items will be given away. I hope you can join us for this celebration and meet our volunteers, including our allies and community members.
